The Association for the Prevention and Handling of Violence in the Family (APHVF) is the only organization in Cyprus dedicated to addressing domestic and gender-based violence. With 30 years of experience, APHVF’s mission is to protect, empower, and support victims while promoting a violence-free society where everyone lives with dignity and safety. The Association offers a range of frontline services, including the National Helpline 1440, counseling through individual appointments, SMS and live chat services, as well as legal, psychological, and social support. APHVF also operates the shelters for victims of domestic and gender-based violence in Cyprus and provides counseling for perpetrators, offering a holistic approach to tackling violence.
In addition to direct support services, the association is committed to raising awareness, promoting prevention policies, and advising on legislative reforms. Our educational programs engage professionals, organizations, universities, volunteers, youth, and the general public through training, workshops and seminars.
Following a Ministerial Decision in 2020, APHVF has undertaken the coordination of the “Women's House”, a multidisciplinary centre addressing gender-based violence, and since 2023 the "Sofi's House," which provides support to young migrant mothers and underage asylum seekers who are victims of trafficking.

DATAWO is a Non-Profit Organisation founded by a group of female lawyers, Anastasia Karagianni and Anthi Argyriou, for the advocacy of gender equality in the digital age. DATAWO is based in Thessaloniki, Greece. As technology is being rapidly developed, they have realised that the stereotypes of the patriarchal society, are also replicated in the digital world,
which is dominated and coded mainly by cis straight men. For this reason, they take action in Greece in order to raise awareness on issues about gender-based violence facilitated by digital means, such as cyber-stalking, image-based sexual abuse, and about gender equality issues related to the design and deployment of new technological systems in a discriminatory way based on gender and sexual orientation.
DATAWO’s work is targeted to femininities without age limit.
Datawo’s field of activity concerns:

conducting legal research on the above issues,

raising publicly the awareness of these issues, such as by organising online talks or information webinars or trainings,

collaborating with the civil society at local, European and international level and 4. advocate the above issues.
Very briefly, the aim of their action is to raise public awareness of gender equality and gender-based violence issues in the digital space and, consequently, and to create a communication channel with the groups of people affected by the challenges before mentioned and civil society organisations, in order to make our voices stronger and protect women’s rights in digital environments.

RISC - Research & Innovation Center for Social and Educational Sciences is a newly established, Cyprus based non-governmental and not for profit training and research organization active in the fields of Social, Behavioral and Educational Sciences. Its focus lies in particular on (i) the development and provision of interactive educational and training activities to equip learners with adequate personal and professional knowledge and competences required for acquiring essential 21st century skills (ii) the promotion and advancement of education in accordance to cutting edge technological and methodological approaches; (iii) the tackling of current societal challenges among which bridging gender equality gaps, enhancing the mental health and well-being of children, young people and the elderly as well as strategizing the combating of violence and abuse towards children, women and other vulnerable groups; (iv) the introduction of innovative mechanisms and policy recommendations for strengthening internet safety awareness, the prevention of cybercrime and for fostering digital literacy in addressing the needs of children, teenagers, adults and businesses.

NGO «Non-formal education for youth» is a non-profit, non-governmental youth organisation established in Dnipro in 2010 and working nationally as well as internationally. NGO «NFE 4Y» is the important center for building youth social movement and training leaders of a new generation in Ukraine.
Mission - building tolerant, understanding and accepting society in Ukraine. We focused on the topics of peace building, intercultural interreligious dialogue, human rights, inclusion of minorities and refugees (IDP), tolerance and diversity, and active citizenship and participation of young people.
Aims are to involve young people into volunteering on local, national and international levels, to support youth in creating and implementing their own small-scale community-based projects which will support the ideas of tolerance, cultural diversity, antidiscrimination, social inclusion.
The organization «NFE 4Y» regularly provides local, national and international seminars, meetings, camps, training courses which base on the principles of non-formal education with an engagement of youth with on ages 15-30.

OTI Slovakia is a sports organisation established by volunteers in Nitra in 2017, with a mission to educate and empower people and the local community through sport, non-formal education, and cultural engagement. With over 80 active members, the organisation provides opportunities for personal growth, social integration, and cross-cultural understanding, particularly for those with fewer opportunities. OTI Slovakia organises a wide range of activities, including sports events, hiking, workshops, competitions, cultural programs, documentary screenings, and community volunteering such as nature clean-ups. Its main goals include promoting healthy lifestyles, creating equal opportunities, supporting non-formal education as well as inclusion. OTI Slovakia actively supports women in leading healthy and active lifestyles by organising women-only sport activities such as hiking and climbing. These events create a safe and inclusive space where women can connect, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of physical activity in a supportive environment. By supporting community and empowerment, these initiatives help women develop meaningful connections and prioritise their well-being.

Tavo Europa is a non-governmental organisation that focuses on building civil society and establishing the rule of law in Lithuania. Our NGO is created to serve as an educational organisation that gathers trainers, youth and social workers, youth policymakers, experts, and volunteers with different competency levels, to create and be actively involved in civic activities.
The training supports personalised learning approaches, collaborative learning and strategic use of ICT. We teach youths how to run an organisation, do fund rising, manage projects, manage finances, coordinate communication with young people, include young people with fewer opportunities and plan within Erasmus+ and other funds. These skills can not only boost personal, professional and socio-economic development but also, reduce youth unemployment and raise both the social inclusion andw the quality of life of young people.
We aim to provide tools, and improve competencies in order to create a stronger link between youth mobility experience and further professional perspectives, through the use of non-formal methods which answer the needs of youths in line with the requirements of the labour market.
